So so nice, very quick to respond, consistently on time and does a wonderful job leaving our place looking clean and refreshed! I highly recommend Casa Luxe Cleaning! I have once a week service and Wendy has never arrived late (she’s typically even a few minutes early), which is UNHEARD of in Miami haha. Booking is as simple as sending a text and billing is even easier. When I’ve had questions or needed to reschedule, the owner has always been immediately responsive and she’s been a pleasure to work with. I should also note that I have two elderly dogs (13 and 16) and one has dementia and can be somewhat unpredictable and scared. Wendy is a DREAM with them and treats them like they’re part of her family. They’ve never liked, or have been comfortable with the other people that work in my home before, and finding Wendy has been a tremendous help. I skip the mom guilt when I leave them because she’s taken the time to gain their trust and they love their time with her. I’m so thankful!
